2.1.3 The above equipment and materials should be selected according to the design requirements, and must be accompanied by product certification, quality inspection report, installation and operation instructions. And by the national 3C certification, with 3C certification mark. If it is an imported product, the commodity inspection certificate of the imported commodity must be provided. Before installation, check all equipment according to the operating instructions.
2.1.4 Galvanized materials: galvanized steel pipe, galvanized cable trough, metal expansion bolt, metal hose.
2.1.5 Other materials: plastic expansion pipe, machine screws, flat washer, spring washer, terminal, drill, solder, flux, insulating tape, plastic tape, various joints, etc.
2.2 Machinery and equipment
2.2.1 Electric hand drill, hammer drill, ladder, level, cable, cable drop.
2.2.2 Pliers, wire strippers, electrician's knife, electric soldering iron, straight screwdriver, cross screwdriver, needle nose pliers, offset pliers.
2.2.3 250V megohm meter, 500V megohm meter.
2.3 Operating Conditions
2.3.1 The civil engineering of the management room shall be completed, and the doors, Windows and locks shall be fully equipped.
2.3.2 The construction of cabling channels, slots, pipes, boxes and boxes in the management room, weak current shaft, other public parts in the building and the periphery is completed. The positions of the reserved holes, the embedded parts, the pipe diameter, and the laying position of the pipelines shall meet the design and construction requirements.
3 Operation process
3.1 Process Flow
3.2 Operation Method
3.2.1 Pipe Embedding
3.2.1.1 Refer to the XXX standard for Pipe Embedding.
3.2.2 Installing a Controller Box
3.2.2.1 The board and frame of the container should be closely matched with the surface of the building. It is strictly forbidden to weld the box and the embedded pipe mouth together by electric welding or gas welding.
3.2.2.2 The controller box is usually installed in a hidden or safe place according to the design and without specific requirements to prevent malicious damage.
3.2.2.3 The AC power supply of a controller box should be routed separately from the signal cables and low-voltage DC power cables in the same pipe.
3.2.2.4 When installing an open-mounted wall-mounted controller box, drill holes to the correct elevations, and insert expansion bolts to secure the box. The backplane of the box is required to be flush with the wall. If the height of the backplane is specified, the design requirements shall prevail.
3.2.3 Cable Routing
3.2.3.1 Routing Cables The cables should be neatly arranged without twisting, with the thick cables at the bottom and the thin cables at the top.
3.2.3.2 When multiple cables are routed into a pipe, do not twist each other and do not have a connector in the pipe. The connector must be connected to a cable box (box).
3.2.3.3 The cables from the controller box to the ceiling must be embedded in the wall or protected by iron water pipes to improve the anti-damage performance of the anti-theft system.
3.2.3.4 Both ends of the cable must be marked, and each end of the shield layer of the shielded cable must be grounded reliably.
3.2.4 Installing Terminal Devices
3.2.4.1 When installing terminal devices, you need to cut holes on door frames and doors in coordination with other professionals.
3.2.4.2 The installation positions of terminal devices such as card readers, exit buttons, electronic locks, and electromagnetic locks shall comply with the requirements of the design and product instructions. If there are no special requirements, the installation height of the card reader and the exit button should be 1.4m, the distance from the door frame should be 0.1m, and the installation height of the electric lock should be 1.1m, as shown in Figure 3.2.4-1 installation of the terminal device and Figure 3.2.4-2 installation of the terminal device (door)
As shown in Figure 3.2.4-3 Installation of the terminal device (inside the door).
3.2.4.3 The card reader should be installed close to the wall, with no gaps around, firmly installed, and complete accessories.
3.2.4.4 Generally, the card reader is directly fixed on the bottom box of the hidden installation through the screws of the special machine. Ensure that the fixing is firm and reliable, and the panel is straight, as shown in Figure 3.2.4-4.
3.2.4.5 Connect the conductor from the box to the terminal of the card reader according to the wiring requirements of the design and product manual.
3.2.4.6 Before installing electromagnetic locks and electric locks, check whether the specifications and models of the locks are consistent with the installation position, height, type of the door, and switch direction.
3.2.4.7 Installation of the electromagnetic lock: First install the fixing plate of the electromagnetic lock and the lining plate on the door frame and door fan respectively, and then push the electromagnetic lock into the slot of the fixing plate to fix the screws and connect the wires according to the figure.
3.2.4.8 Install an electronic lock on a metal door frame. Cables can be routed along the door frame through a soft plastic pipe and enter the junction box at the top of the door frame. Wooden door frame can be installed on the outside of the electric lock door frame junction box and steel pipe.
3.2.5 Debugging Device Cables
3.2.5.1 Before connecting cables, shake the insulation between the ground and the cables again.
3.2.5.2 Devices in the equipment room use dedicated cables to connect devices. The cable ends of branch cables are crimped properly. The PGND cables of devices and shielding cables should be crimped properly. The grounding resistance is the joint grounding resistance. The grounding resistance value should not be greater than 1 ohm.
3.2.5.3 Cables should be connected strictly according to the device wiring diagram, and then proofread until correct.
3.2.5.4 Connect the system management host, UPS power supply, and printers according to the design drawings and product specifications.
3.2.5.5 Installing the access control management software on the system management host and performing initial Settings.
3.2.5.6 Test the functions of the system software according to the procedure described in the system software instructions.
4 Finished product protection
4.1 When installing terminal equipment, pay attention to keep the suspended ceiling and wall clean.
4.2 In other types of work, attention should be paid to not system equipment.
4.3 Dust, moisture, pollution, and water proofing measures should be taken in the equipment room. In order to prevent damage to equipment and loss of parts, doors and Windows should be closed in time, the door should be locked and assigned to take charge.
5 Quality problems that should be paid attention to
5.1 The connection between devices or between trunk lines and terminals is not secure; Should be checked in time, the loose place tight.
5.2 When using shielded cables, the outer copper network collides with the core wire; According to the requirements, the outer copper network should be separated from the core wire, and special attention should be paid to the compression.
5.3 When welding with welding oil, non-welding parts are contaminated. After welding, the welding oil should be wiped with cotton silk (cloth strip) in time.
5.4 Interference may be caused because shielded cables or devices are not grounded. Crimp the shielded cable to the ground cable of the device as required.
