First. Surface installation method of external door: (refer to Figure 1 to Figure 8)

Step 1: First open the cover with a screwdriver, then use a hex wrench to hit the edge plate, ready for installation (see Figure 1)

Step 2: Take out the installation cardboard, fold the cardboard along the dotted line and place the cardboard in the position required to install the lock according to the method shown in Figure 2, and then mark the place that needs to be punched and punch the hole.

Step 3: A. Following the fixing of the iron plate (see Figure 3) insert the hex screw into the iron plate, place the rubber washer between the two metal washer, and then cover the inner hex screw. Insert the iron plate into the three holes made in the door, at the same time insert the mushroom head through the other side of the door, and use the hexagonal wrench to lock the iron plate in the door.

B. Fastening of the side plate (see Figure 3) Fasten the side plate to the previously drilled door frame (in the long hole of the side plate) with two half-round head screws. Note: Do not lock the edge plate so that it can move forward and backward to facilitate the correction of the installation position.

C. The position of the edge plate is corrected to make the position of the edge plate and the relay plate appropriate, so that the lock body can be in close contact with the relay plate.

D: After fixing the lock body and side plate, lock the half round head screws of the side plate, lock all countersunk head screws, and then remove the half round head screws, drill holes in the appropriate positions for wiring. Finally, use a hex wrench to lock the main body on the side plate. (See Figure 4)

Step 4: Wiring according to the instructions in the manual.

Step 5: Cover the cover and insert the small aluminum cylinder into the screw hole of the lock body as shown in Figure 5. Refer to Figure VI

Figure 7 and Figure 8 show the typical installation style of the external door

★ Installation precautions

When installing the iron plate, do not lock it tightly, so that it can sway slightly to facilitate the natural combination with the lock body.

Second, the surface installation of the inner door (the installation method of the ZL bracket) : to solve the internal installation problem of the external magnetic lock.

When the inner door is installed on the surface, auxiliary accessories are needed to assist the installation. We choose high-quality imported aluminum materials rich in decoration to make this installation accessory: Z&L bracket. Each set of Z&L bracket contains three aluminum accessories, of which the longer L1 is used for the lock body; The other two shorter Z2 and Z3 are used for relay plates. Z2 is installed on the door, there are five countersunk holes on the side, is used to fix on the door; Z3 is used to fix the relay plate, there are three holes on the side, and the center hole should be aligned with the center hole of the relay plate. The following describes how to install it.

a. First place the L1 support in the Z&L support on the lock position and fix it on the door frame or wall with M5*25 self-tapping screws.

b. Use a hex wrench to lock the lock body to the L1 support.

c. Fix the Z2 support on the door at the position corresponding to the L1 support.

d. Insert the relay plate into the three holes of Z1 to fix it, and then close the door so that the magnet and the relay plate are closely matched to determine the connecting position of Z1 and Z2. (The relative position of Z1 and Z2 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the door).

e. Lock Z1 and Z2, and then fix the relay iron plate to Z1 with M8*25 hex socket screws (insert the screw, iron plate, washer, and rubber washer in turn).

f. If it is a double door, you can use two Z &L brackets

Third, embedded (built-in) installation method:

The embedded installation method of the inner door is the same as that of the outer door

For wooden doors, if the size of the door guard is enough to bury the lock body, the installation is very simple, just dig a suitable slot, lock the screw can be locked after the lock is buried, and the general construction personnel will install the lock. The frame of the aluminum alloy door is generally hollow, for this feature, we designed two installation methods.

A. Lining wood block method (see Figure 10, Figure 11) : Put a piece of wood of appropriate size in the door frame for lining, and then lock the screws. This method is convenient to obtain materials and easy to install. This method is mostly used in the actual installation.

B. Using the installation parts method: This method is to use the accessories we provide (four-hole iron plate + U-shaped iron), so that the installation is easier.

★ Installation precautions

When doing embedded installation, be sure to pay attention to the size of the door guard edge to be slightly larger than the size of the selected lock.

Fourth, glass door installation method:

1, aluminum alloy (or other materials) frame glass door installation method

Glass door to do embedded installation can generally use EM1000 series magnetic door lock, this is our company's unique most suitable for installation on the glass door lock, whether your door is open or open, double open free door can be installed. The installation method is the same as the embedded installation of ordinary doors.

★ Installation precautions

The glass door needs to be equipped with an aluminum alloy frame, because the lock suction and distance requirements are less than 6 mm, so the distance from the door to the door frame is less than 6 mm, and the ground spring needs to be of stable quality, otherwise it will affect the positioning of the lock.

2. Installation method of frameless glass door

The general lock is difficult to install on the glass door, even if some locks can be installed, but it will affect the beauty of the entire door, and our electromagnetic lock with a single master heart installation accessories, can be easily installed, and beautiful and reliable.

1. Use U-shaped bracket to install magnetic lock on the frameless glass door:

Unframed glass doors require accessories to assist in installation. The installation method is basically the same as the surface installation method of ordinary doors, except that it is different when installing the relay plate in the third step. The installation method is shown in Figure 9. Put the U-groove together with the rubber cushion and stainless steel gasket (on one side of the lock screw) on the glass door, lock the glass door with the headless hexagonal screw, and then fix the relay plate to the U-groove. For different thickness of glass door and different types of electromagnetic lock, we provide different types of installation accessories: UBG bracket, specifications are listed in the following table:

2. The use of AB frame to install the AB frame is fixed on the glass door with special glass glue (or double-sided tape), and then the relay plate is fixed on the bracket.

Fifth. Other precautions:

Please read the installation instructions carefully before installation and pay attention to the following:

Do not drill holes in the relay plate or lock body; Do not replace the plate fixing screws; Do not wipe the magnetic lock with harsh detergent; Don't change the circuit.

Maintenance:

The maintenance of the magnetic door lock is relatively simple compared with other lock classes, as long as the surface of the iron plate and the lock body is free of impurities, so please wipe the surface regularly with a non-corrosive cleaner.
