How do I manage a C20 or T70 access control device if I forget the management password and cannot access the menu? Can we not affect authorized cards?
After removing the rear cover of the C20 and T70 using a screwdriver, find the RESET key on the circuit board of the C20 and T70. When the device is powered on, hold down the RESET key, power off the device, and then power on the device. During this period, press the RESET key until the access appliance makes a sound and releases the key, indicating that the system has cleared the administrator rights and can access the menu normally.
