First, 485 bus networking mode of access control system configuration principle method

Card reader and button configuration principles:


In principle, a door has an entry card reader and an exit button.


If the customer requires card verification at the door and out, a door is configured with two card readers without the need to go out button.


Note: For some special occasions, such as the company's gate location and the front desk need to install an exit button, the door needs to be configured with two buttons, the same door can be used in parallel multiple exit buttons.


Rules for configuring the controller:


Configure the number of controllers based on how many gates there are in a local area. For example, a small area (can be wired, the connection distance between the card reader and the controller is less than 100 meters) has 3 doors, choose a single-door controller and a two-door controller.


The controller is available in single-door bidirectional, two-door bidirectional and four-door unidirectional. The so-called two-way is that you can connect two card readers at the door and out the door, and you can also connect an entry card reader and an exit button. One-way means that the door to the card reader, out of the door must be connected to the door button. Therefore, if there are four doors in an area requiring access to the card, you can not be equipped with a four-door controller, and you need to configure two two-door two-way controllers for the four doors.


You need as many enclosures and power supplies as you have controllers.


232/485 Communication converter (Model: 485P) Configuration principles:


If the total number of access control system controllers does not exceed 80, in principle only one 485 converter is required. (If the number of controllers exceeds 80, see "How to design a networking scheme if hundreds or thousands of doors are networked?"


The load capacity of the prototype 485 converter is designed according to 255 units, it is recommended that the number of controllers will be more stable within 80 units, and other manufacturers' converters may not have such a strong load capacity.


Note: The computer is connected to the 485 converter, the 485 converter is connected to the first controller, the first controller is connected to the second control, so hand in hand, the connection distance between the farthest controller and the 485 converter is recommended within 800 meters, if more than 800 meters, please add a 485 extension repeater (the prototype of the equipment is not produced, Please find a professional converter manufacturer to buy, after adding the equipment to extend the connection distance theory can reach 3000 meters, the specific performance and connection method, please consult the converter manufacturer).


The configuration principle of electric lock:


In principle, one lock for each door. The double glass door of the company's main door, generally the left and right doors are equipped with an electric lock.


Glass doors should be connected to electric locks, wooden doors and fire doors should be connected to magnetic locks (electromagnetic locks), but also customer attention


Safety and aesthetic selection of electric lock.


Principles of software configuration:


The entire access control system of this product only needs one set of management software, which temporarily has no limit on the number of registered cards and the number of managed doors, which is convenient for customers to upgrade and expand in the future.


The software can manage the 485 bus structure of the access controller can also manage TCP/IP access controller, and even can be mixed together management.


TCP/IP network LAN access control system configuration rules


The configuration method is the same as that of the 485 bus access control system. There are several differences.


The controller model must be a T suffix in the NB20X0 series.


No 485 converter is required, the choice of HUB (or switch) can be used by the customer's LAN original or self-purchased, any LAN available HUB (or switch) can be used.


The wiring method is the same as that of ordinary LAN computers, requiring the distance from the controller to the HUB to be less than 100 meters, it is recommended to be within 80 meters, and the quality of the network cable is not too bad. As long as it cascades through the HUB, the total number of gates in the system is unlimited.


Second, TCP/IP network type Internet access control system configuration principles and methods


The configuration method is the same as that of the TCP/IP LAN access control system. There are several differences.


Each region needs to share a specific model of router to access the Internet. (Note: Why specify a model number? The specified model is in the corresponding program, because our instructions are written according to this model, some routers do not have this function, the brand price and quality of our designated router are good, you can buy it in the local electronic computer market. This router can be shared with the customer's computer on the Internet, no need to dedicate.)


Case:

For example: 20 doors 485 networking access control system, the door is a double glass door and other doors are far away. A certain area has two wooden doors more concentrated, a certain area has five single-opening glass doors more concentrated, a certain area has 12 wooden doors more concentrated such a scene of the access control system configuration. The door uses 1 card reader (if you need to swipe your card in and out, configure two card readers,


Note: Only the prototype single-door bidirectional controller and two-door bidirectional controller can connect to two card readers in and out of each door, and the four-door unidirectional controller can only connect to the entry card reader.) Since it is a double glass door, it is recommended to connect 2 electric plug locks. A single door controller. An exit button.


Two doors in a certain area: using a two-door controller, two entry card readers, two electromagnetic locks, two exit buttons.


Five doors in an area: use a single door controller + a four door controller,5 entry card readers,5 exit buttons.5 Plug in the lock.


12 doors in an area: 3 four-door controllers,12 entry card readers,12 exit buttons,12 magnetic locks.


In addition, a communication hub (485 converter) and a set of management software are required.


Configuration principles for unconventional other complex requirements:


If the customer requires not only to swipe the card when entering the door, but also to enter the password, the password is correct before passing, the card reader of the door needs to choose the WG1029 series of password keyboard reader.


If the customer requires a fingerprint device, do not use a card reader, choose a fingerprint device with wg26 international standard output interface to replace the corresponding reader, 80% of the fingerprint device on the market are with wiegand26 standard output interface, please verify with the fingerprint device manufacturer. Other biometric products such as palm meters are similar to fingerprint purchase configurations.


If you need the fire linkage door illegal entry alarm, the door is not closed for a long time, coercion alarm, illegal card alarm and other alarm functions, each controller needs to be equipped with an alarm output and a fire linkage expansion board.
